If you’re familiar with Fire & Rice, you know that we use only the finest ingredients when preparing our paella, tapas, and desserts, and we’re passionate about the process. So, it will be no surprise that the same is true for our original hot sauce!

When creating our delicious, artisanal hot sauce, we start by blending dried cayenne chiles with vinegar, water, and kosher salt. Next, we let the flavors steep for a week before combining them with fresh tomato, onion, garlic, and paprika. Made in small batches, every ounce of our hot sauce is handcrafted and hand-bottled.  If you like hot sauce, we think you’ll really enjoy it.

You’re likely wondering, is it hot? On a scale of 1-10 for heat, our hot sauce is a 7, which means, yes, it’s pretty hot!
