It’s Paella Season! Visit Naples’ Favorite Paella Food Truck at the Farmers’ Markets this November

Fire & Rice has been a fixture at the local Naples’ Area farmers’ markets over the years, and we can’t wait to get back to it.  With the markets opening up in mid-November, it’s time for everyone to have some fun!

Once November hits, it’s officially paella season in Naples. The snowbirds arrive, the markets open, and people can’t wait to celebrate over a bowl of our award-winning paella! On market days, people head down early get the first batch of our delicious paella.  It’s fun and exciting, and we hope to see you there!  ​

Third Street Farmers’ Market Opens November 14, 2020, from 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM

The Third Street Farmers’ Market opens on November 14th and runs every Saturday from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM through the in-season. Along with paella from Fire & Rice, you’ll find fresh produce, seafood, cheeses, pasta, flowers, baked goods, grass-fed beef, and so much more. Bring your parents, bring your kids, bring your dogs – there’s something for everyone!

Marco Island Farmers’ Market Opens November 18, 2020, from 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM

​On November 18th, the Marco Island Farmers’ Market opens, and Fire & Rice Naples’ paella food truck will be there. You’ll also find a fantastic selection of fresh fruit and vegetables, flowers, popcorn, crafts, baked goods – including freshly baked bread – and more! The market runs every Wednesday from 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM. Come on down, check it out, and stop by Fire & Rice for some delicious paella!

What makes our Naples’ paella so special? Our paella is made from only the finest ingredients dating back to 16th Century Spain. During the preparation process, our chefs enthusiastically combine chicken and sausage with imported saffron and Bomba rice in large shallow pans, creating a unique, gentle flavor, like nothing you’ve encountered before. For catered affairs, the meat can be substituted or combined with seafood, and vegan options are also available, so there’s truly something for everyone to enjoy!
