​It’s been more than five years since Generation Food Truck (GFT) owners, Jeremy and Candy Gomez, set the Guinness World Record for the Largest Parade of Food Trucks with 121 vehicles at the Florida State Fairgrounds in Tampa, Florida. Ever since this amazing event, food truck rallies have continued to grow in popularity around the country. This weekend, GFT will be at Coachman Park in Clearwater, Florida, along with Fire & Rice and 200-plus food trucks from all over the US, intent on breaking the record.

In fact, the event has the potential to break two other world records:  

1. The Largest Traveling Gourmet & Street Food Festival
2. The Most Food Trucks Ever Assembled in One Place, at One Time

It will be quite the event! With so many food trucks, there will be every type of cuisine that you can imagine – sweet, savory, deep-fried, you name it! Luckily, you’ll have two full days to sample the different options and eat to your heart’s content. There will also be live music and professional wrestling. But, most importantly, you’ll be able to enjoy award-winning paella from Fire & Rice, a unique catering experience that is both fun and exciting for everyone involved. You’ll see our chefs right down in the center of it all, cooking up our award-winning paella in large shallow pans out in front for everyone to see. Using only the finest ingredients dating back to 16th Century Spain, we’ll combine chicken, sausage, and saffron with Bomba rice for flavors and textures that are out of this world. Many of our clients have traveled all around the world and say that our paella is the best they’ve ever tasted.
