Fire & Rice Paella

We are so excited to have the opportunity to share our craft with you and your guests.  Below you will find our menu, all prices are priced per person. There is a $500 minimum fee Monday - Thursday and a $650 minimum fee  Friday - Sunday.                                      (minimums apply to paella only).  

Our paella is inherently gluten FREE.  To ensure everyone can enjoy our paella we Make our award winning Chicken & Sausage Paella - we DO NOT bring any seafood or shellfish to our market locations.

For events we offer a garden salad, individual rolls with butter or olive oil and individual flans for a perfect ending to your event.

Aged Manchego Cheese with Membrillo ~ $7.90 

Imported from Spain, our Manchego cheese is aged for over a year so it has a beautiful texture and a lovely bite and it is served with traditional Membrillo (quince paste).

 If you are looking for the purest form of Spanish tapas its Tortilla Espanola.  Traditional potato and onion omelette that is perfect for any event.

​Succulent shrimp sautéed in a rich blend of garlic, olive oil, and a hint of chili, finished with a splash of white wine and fresh parsley rustic crusty bread. Served sizzling hot, this classic Spanish tapa captures the essence of Mediterranean flavors.

Flan is a classic dessert in Spain which is served as a perfect finish to a great evening.  We layer the bottom of our flan moulds with a custom made rich carmel then we add our quesso custard.  We slowly bake our flans at low temperature to ensure a light, lush, and creamy mouthfeel.  Our flans are individually plated and served with seasonal fruit. 
Lemon Yogurt & Olive Oil Cake with Almond Zabaglione Sauce ~ $8.32

A light and tender cake infused with the zest and juice of fresh lemons, complemented by the subtle richness of extra virgin olive oil. Made with creamy yogurt for a moist crumb, this delightful dessert offers a perfect balance of tangy brightness and delicate sweetness. Zabaglione is a custard, whipped to perfection with rich egg yolks, sugar, and a generous splash of Amaretto liqueur. This decadent airy dessert, offering notes of toasted almonds and a subtle sweetness. This is a perfect finish for our olive oil cake.
