Award-Winning Paella from Fire & Rice at the PGA Champions Tour – Chubb Classic in Naples, FL

​The 30th anniversary of Chubb Classic will take place at the Classics Country club at the Lely Resort in Naples, Florida on February 15th and 16th. This world class tournament attracts legends from the World Golf Hall of Fame as well as the strongest competitors from the Official Money List. This year, 8 past champions, 10 Hall of Fame players, and 35 of the top 36 players in the 2016 Charles Schwab Cup standings will be competing in the tournament.

​In conjunction with the Chubb Classic, the Taste of SW Florida is a two-day event that brings Southwest Florida’s finest dining establishments together all in one place. We take great care with the preparation as we cook the paella in large pans using only the finest ingredients dating back to 16th-Century Spain. By expertly fusing chicken, sausage, and Jamon rice with saffron imported from Spain, gentle aromas fill the air, touching your senses long before you take your first bite. And when you taste our award-winning paella, it will exceed all expectations. It’s a wonderful experience for all that will be remembered for years to come.
