Throughout our busy season, you can typically find Fire & Rice down at the Third Street Farmers’ Market in Naples on Saturday mornings, serving our award-winning paella right at the center of it all. This year, for the first time, you can find us at the market all summer long! 

The Third Street Farmers’ Market is a Naples’ tradition and a must-do if you’re in town. Head down to the market on Saturday mornings from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM, and you’ll find fresh produce, fruit, plants, bagels, flowers, seafood, delicious paella, and more. While you enjoy the market’s many offerings, make sure to stop in at Fire & Rice to pick up some mouth-watering, authentic paella!

Fire & Rice has pivoted our business due to COVID-19, and we’ll be offering Naples’ original paella at the Third Street Farmers’ Market all summer long. To ensure the best quality product, we’ll be cooking our paella in our commercial kitchen ahead of time, packaging it, and selling it cold at the market. It takes no time at all to heat it up, and it's as enjoyable as ever. As soon as the market opens this summer, we hope you’ll come down and see us!

Naples’ Original Paella - Made from the Finest Ingredients Dating Back to 16th Century Spain

At Fire & Rice, we prepare our paella using only the finest ingredients dating back to 16th Century Spain. By combining chicken and sausage with imported saffron and Bomba rice, we create a gentle flavor and texture that is simply divine. When you taste our paella for the first time, it’s like nothing you’ve encountered before and will exceed all expectations. Fire & Rice of Lansing Brings Authentic Paella to the Fulton Street Farmers’ Market This Summer

Up in Michigan, Fire & Rice of Lansing is also hitting the farmers’ market scene. As their busy season is just kicking off, you can find them at the Fulton Street Farmers’ Market on Saturdays from 8 AM to 2 PM. They’ll be right in the middle of all the action, preparing delicious paella out in front for everyone to see. As people gather around, they are encouraged to join in the preparation process. It’s fun and exciting, and everyone wants a turn!
