As another season comes to an end, we wanted to take a moment to express our gratitude for your unwavering support throughout the year. It has been an incredible journey, and we couldn't have done it without you.

This year was particularly challenging, with Hurricane Ian causing significant damage to our beloved city of Naples, FL. However, we were heartened by the outpouring of support and generosity from our community. Your kindness and support allowed us to get back on our feet and continue doing what we love most – serving delicious paella!
Whether you experienced our catering services, visited our food truck at our local farmers’ markets, or simply shared our passion for authentic Spanish cuisine, we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts. It is because of you that we are able to do what we do and share our love of paella with the world.

As we look forward to the next season, we are excited to continue serving our signature paella dishes at events and gatherings throughout Naples and beyond. Our commitment to using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients and authentic Spanish techniques will never waver, and we will continue to strive for excellence in everything we do.
