  Our team arrives about an hour and a half before the party begins. We’ll be wearing our Fire & Rice t-shirts and bring everything you need to prepare and serve your guests. You just tell us where you want us to set up and when to serve, and we’ll take care of the rest!  It’s really that simple.
  
  
• Preparing the Paella is an Interactive Experience
  
  Preparing the paella is a fun, interactive process that takes about 30 to 40 minutes. We cook our award-winning paella in large, shallow pans out in front for everyone to see and pour passion and enthusiasm into every dish. Gentle aromas fill the air, and the magnificent color palette of the paella is both beautiful and stimulating. Guests gather around, watch, and participate, generating excitement in a warm and inviting atmosphere.

• The Paella is Amazing
  
  ​As soon as the paella is ready, we invite guests up to the pans so we can serve them, and when they sit down to take their first bite, it exceeds every expectation.  Whether you serve Mixta Paella, Paella Valencia, or Paella Marisco, the wonderful flavors and textures are like nothing you’ve encountered before. Many of our clients have traveled all over the world and say our paella is the best they’ve ever had. We also have a great selection of tapas and offer dessert!

 
Have some big eaters? No need to worry: there’s plenty to go around.  And when everyone is finished, full, and satisfied, we’ll box up your paella so that you can give it as a gift or save it for later.
